About LiveLearn

Our Story

LiveLearn was founded in 2019 by Daniel van der Kolk with the goal of making learning and development accessible to everyone. This is because organizations, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, face challenges in attracting and retaining talent, and often struggle to sufficiently train their staff.

By putting the individual at the center and giving managers insight into the development of their team(s), talent development becomes possible for every organization. LiveLearn is one of the most innovative partners for organizations to train their staff.

Our Approach

The LiveLearn method is a bit different from traditional learning and development approaches. At LiveLearn, we combine personal guidance and technology to offer our partners the best experience. We also understand that talent development is not always a top priority within organizations, so we make our software as simple as possible to avoid wasting time.

What do we do at LiveLearn? We always work data-driven and reason development from the individual employee. This may sound like a small difference, but it has a huge impact at the organizational level. We link all the wishes and goals of the individual employee and offer them a personal, data-driven learning environment so they can grow personally. All data is anonymized and reported back to the manager, allowing decisions to be made based on real-time information.

CSR and Talent Development

The LiveLearn team is based in the Netherlands and has part of its IT capabilities located in Senegal, West Africa. We believe that it doesn't matter where talent is located, and by giving them the right tools, a global workforce can be achieved.

Our collaboration with Orange enables us to attract and further train a large pool of talent, implementing our philosophy within our own organization.
